3. PRODUCTS

EROEDU’s main product is a toolkit available online through our website. Each toolkit is unique and made on demand by your order. After placing an order, you will receive an email when your product has been made. Usually, it takes us between 20—45 working days to create the product. If there is a high demand, this time may increase. In that case, the customer will be notified about it via email. Toolkits are produced locally in Stockholm, Sweden. The colours of the toolkit’s elements may slightly vary from the ones presented in the website’s pictures.

 

EROEDU’s toolkit is not a toy, but an educational art piece. It should not be left around children without adult supervision. 

 

EROEDU also offers services: organising and delivering educational workshops and conference speeches. These can be arranged and booked by filling out the contact form. The prices of services are delivered on demand and depend on individual requirements. 

 

The product images and descriptions reflect the actual product as far as possible.

4. PRICES

The prices visible on the website are in SEK (Swedish Krona) and do not include value-added tax (VAT). This is added after placing an item in the basket unless specified otherwise.

 

The prices that apply to your Product will be stated in connection with your order.

 

The shipping prices may change from time to time, and we reserve the right to make price adjustments. 

 

5. PAYMENT

Through the order, you undertake the responsibility to pay for the product. For direct purchasing, the payment will be made directly upon purchase. Payment must be made by credit/debit card (Visa & Mastercard) or through a bank transfer. If you wish to use Swish for your order, contact us first.

6. SHIPPING

Delivery options are listed in the shopping cart upon choice of delivery. We deliver to the world widely. For delivery in Sweden, we offer delivery through PostNord. Expected delivery in Sweden is 3—7 working days from the day your product has been made. Expected delivery outside of Sweden depends on individual orders.

If your package arrives damaged or opened, please notify your pickup point immediately. You have the ultimate responsibility for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

7. COMPLAINTS

If purchased by your product does not meet your standards, send an e-mail to eroedu.contact@gmail.com. We guarantee that every shipment is carefully examined before being sent.

8. REFUNDS

According to the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59), you as a consumer have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product.

If you return a product to us, we will make a refund as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your complaint. We reserve the right to investigate the product before giving you a written notice of whether your complaint can be accepted and how we, in that case, remedy the error.

A remedy might be a re-delivery, price reduction or refund. A refund amount will include the price of the product, and shipping costs, minus any value reduction. You must at your own expense bear the shipping costs for returning the product.

Our website contains links to the websites of our collaborators or other third party. Please note that the content of such websites is not under our responsibility.

If you send creative ideas, suggestions, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (“comments”), you give us an irrevocable right to quote from your comments regarding our products and services or us as a company that you submit on our website or social medium. These quotes may be used on our website, on social media and in our marketing.
